INFORMATIVA PER IL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI AI SENSI DELL’ART. 13 REG. UE 679/2016 (read the english version)

La presente informativa è resa, ai sensi del Regolamento UE 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio del 27 aprile 2016, esclusivamente per il sito http://normalenews.sns.it.

Titolare del trattamento

La Scuola  Normale Superiore di Pisa, in persona del Direttore p.t., con sede in Pisa, P.za dei Cavalieri 7, tel +39.050.509111 pec: protocollo@pec.sns.it è il titolare del trattamento dei dati personali da Lei conferiti volontariamente o acquisiti automaticamente dai siti web istituzionali.

 

Finalità del trattamento e base giuridica

Nel rispetto dei principi di liceità, correttezza, trasparenza, adeguatezza, pertinenza e necessità di cui all’art. 5, paragrafo 1 del Reg. UE 679/2016, il Titolare del trattamento, provvederà al trattamento dei dati personali raccolti automaticamente al momento della navigazione sui siti web della Scuola o forniti volontariamente per le seguenti finalità:

  • i dati di navigazione, ovvero quelle informazioni che comprendono gli indirizzi IP, i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dall’utente che si connette al sito; gli indirizzi in notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato per sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta dal server, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server (buon fine, errore); altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo ed all’ambiente informatico dell’utente, sono raccolti al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento. Tali dati, seppur non siano mai raccolti per essere associati ad interessati identificati, attraverso elaborazioni e associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, potrebbero permettere comunque l’identificazione dell’utente. Questi dati, infine, possono essere utilizzati per l’accertamento di responsabilità in caso di ipotetici reati informatici ai danni dei siti.
  • i dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente, ovvero quelle informazioni, dati personali e identificativi raccolti per consentire all’utente l’accesso a determinati servizi richiesti dall’utente stesso (come l’indirizzo di posta elettronica sul Sistema Mailchimp: https://mailchimp.com) sono trattati per lo svolgimento di attività a soli fini istituzionali e nell’interesse del soggetto che richiede il servizio al fine di consentire la ricezione di aggiornamenti sulla Scuola.

I trattamenti effettuati ed i relativi tempi di conservazione dei dati sono diversi per ogni servizio online e sono descritti in dettaglio nelle specifiche informative contenute nelle pagine di sottoscrizione.

Categorie di destinatari dei dati ed eventuale trasferimento dei dati

I dati trattati per le finalità di cui sopra verranno comunicati o saranno comunque accessibili ai dipendenti e collaboratori assegnati ai competenti uffici del Titolare, che, nella loro qualità di referenti per la protezione dei dati e/o amministratori di sistema e/o incaricati al trattamento saranno a tal fine adeguatamente istruiti dal Titolare.

L’Università può comunicare i dati personali di cui è titolare anche ad altre amministrazioni pubbliche qualora queste debbano trattare i medesimi per eventuali procedimenti di propria competenza istituzionale, nonché a tutti quei soggetti pubblici ai quali, in presenza dei relativi presupposti, la comunicazione è prevista obbligatoriamente da disposizioni comunitarie, norme di legge o regolamento.

La gestione e la conservazione dei dati personali raccolti dalla Scuola Normale Superiore avviene su server ubicati all’interno della stessa.

Periodo di conservazione dei dati

I dati di navigazione raccolti automaticamente sono conservati solo il tempo necessario (24 ore) per ricavare le informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e sono cancellati immediatamente dopo l’elaborazione. 
Per i tempi di conservazione degli altri dati conferiti volontariamente dall’interessato si rinvia a specifiche informative redatte dagli Uffici competenti.

Diritti dell'interessato

L’interessato ha diritto di richiedere al Titolare del trattamento, ai sensi degli artt.15, 16, 17, 18, 19 e 21 del Reg. UE 679/2016: l'accesso ai propri dati personali ed a tutte le informazioni; la rettifica dei propri dati personali inesatti e l’integrazione di quelli incompleti; la cancellazione dei propri dati, fatta eccezione per quelli contenuti in atti che devono essere obbligatoriamente conservati dall’Università e salvo che sussista un motivo legittimo prevalente per procedere al trattamento; la limitazione del trattamento ove ricorra una delle ipotesi di cui all’art.18 del suddetto Regolamento.

L’interessato ha altresì il diritto di opporsi al trattamento dei propri dati personali, fermo quanto previsto con riguardo alla necessità ed obbligatorietà del trattamento ai fini dell’instaurazione del rapporto; di revocare il consenso eventualmente prestato per i trattamenti non obbligatori dei dati, senza con ciò pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prestato prima della revoca.

L’interessato  potrà esercitare tutti i diritti di cui sopra inviando una e-mail al titolare del trattamento, ovvero all’indirizzo privacy@sns.it

L’interessato ha altresì diritto anche di proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali ai sensi dell’art.77 del Reg. UE 679/2016.

Obbligatorietà o meno del conferimento dei dati

Salvo quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione, l’utente è libero di fornire o meno i propri dati personali. Il conferimento di tali dati può essere necessario per poter usufruire di alcuni servizi online.

I cookie sono file di testo che vengono depositati sui computer degli utenti web per consentire l’esplorazione sicura ed efficiente del sito e monitorarne l’utilizzo.
Si informa che nessun dato personale viene acquisito di proposito dal sito. PRIVACY

Privacy Policy Under Art. 13 and ff. of EU Reg. 679/2016 on General Data Protection Regulation.

The Scuola Normale Superiore guarantees that the personal data of users of the web services accessible via the http://normalenews.sns.it  website are processed in compliance with legal requirements, as provided by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 ff.mm., containing the "Personal Data Protection Code", and by EU Regulation no. 679/2016 on General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”).

Data controller 

The data controller, the Scuola Normale Superiore, in person of the pro tempore Director, with registered office in Pisa, Piazza dei Cavalieri n. 7, ph. +39.050.509111 email protocollo@pec.sns.it will process the personal data you may provide during the institutional website navigation.

Data processing purposes and legal basis 

The data will be processed either manually or with the aid of computers, and, within the limits and conditions laid down in GDPR in compliance with the principles stated under Article 5 GDPR (i.e. accountability, lawfulness, correctness, minimization, transparency, integrity, accuracy, confidentiality and proportionality) for all the collection, recording, organization, storage, consulting, development, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data operations.

  • Internet navigation data The computer systems used to operate the http://normalenews.sns.it website acquire automatically some personal data, which are transmitted implicitly through the use of web communication protocols. If processed with data held by third parties, these automatically acquired data may identify the website visitor, as in the case of IP addresses and domain names of computers used when connecting to http://normalenews.sns.it. These data are usually collected for statistical surveys, managed anonymously and used to facilitate http://normalenews.sns.it website navigation. They could also be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the portal. The Judicial Authority may ask SNS to communicate these data in accordance with law.
  • Data provided voluntarily by the user Sending email to the addresses listed on this portal involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, which is necessary in order to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the mail. In case you provide your email address, this will be processed through the MailChimp system (https://mailchimp.com) to keep you updated on the Scuola activities and news.

The collected data are used exclusively for the institutional purposes of the School (article 6, sub e) GDPR) as well as to perform the services required by users; provide user support, and perform statistical analyses, for the sole purpose of improving the supply of services.

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide or not his personal data. The provision of such data may be necessary to be able to take advantage of some online services.

Specific privacy policy conditions that may be provided on individual services of the http://normalenews.sns.it website should be considered as an integral part of this document; if such conditions do not exist, the content described in this Privacy Policy should be considered as exhaustive.

Please note that SNS may enlist the help of outside companies, consultants, associations, providers of software and services operating through identified and appointed personnel, for the intended purposes and in such a way as to ensure maximum data security and confidentiality, which have been appointed as data processor under article 28 GDPR.

Duration of the data processing and data transfer

The data will be processed for the aforementioned purposes and communicated / be accessible to instructed then authorized employees and collaborators assigned to the competent offices of the Data Controller.

The automatically collected navigation data are kept only for the time necessary (24 hours) to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

For the retention times of the other data voluntarily given by the data subjects, refer to specific information prepared by the competent Offices.

Data Controller shall communicate your personal data to other public administrations if they have to process the same for any procedures of their own institutional competence, as well as to all those public subjects to whom, in the presence of the relative conditions, the communication is foreseen mandatory by European or national legislation.

Collection and data processing take place on servers located in Italy.

Rights of the data subjects

The data subject may exercise the following rights:

- to access to personal data, in the cases and in the ways referred to in art. 15 GDPR;

- the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, in the cases and ways referred to in Articles 16-18 of the Regulations; erasure is not permitted for the data included in the documents that must be kept by the Scuola to guarantee transparency in public activities;

- the portability of data, in the cases and in the ways referred to in art. 20 GDPR;

- to object to the processing, under article 21 GDPR;

- the right to submit a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

The http://normalenews.sns.it website uses cookies, which are short strings of text sent from the website server to the visitors' browsers and are automatically saved on their PCs for easy navigation and maintaining user status information when accessing reserved areas or language preference information.

Cookies created on a visitor's computer do not contain any personal identification data and do not compromise his or her privacy or security.

What types of cookies are there?

For the purposes of the provision of the Privacy Authority No. 229 of May 8, 2014, there are two main categories: "technical" cookies and "profiling" cookies.

1) Technical cookies are used only to "carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or as strictly necessary for the provider of a company service, of information explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide the service" (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code for the Protection of Personal Data).
They may be divided as follows:

  • session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website allowing, for example, authentication and access to restricted areas;
  • analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies where used directly by the website manager to collect information, in aggregate, on the number of users and how they visit the website;
  • function cookies, which allow browsing according to a set of selected criteria (for example, language) in order to improve the service rendered.
  • The use of technical cookies, usually installed by the website owner or manager, does not require the consent of the interested party.

2) Profiling cookies are designed to create user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown while surfing the net. Given the considerable invasiveness in the privacy of users, the European and Italian legislation requires that users be properly informed about their use and express their valid consent.

The use of profiling cookies requires the user's consent.

The provision of the Guarantor also distinguishes between website manager cookies and "third party" cookies, according to the different operators who install cookies on the user's terminal, depending on whether it is the manager of the website that the user is visiting (which may be synthetically indicated as "publisher") or a different website that installs cookies by means of the initial website (so-called "third-parties").

In this respect, the publisher is on the one hand the data controller of the cookies installed directly, and on the other, a technical intermediary between third parties and users. The publisher, however, is exempt from the obligation to provide information and obtain consent to their installation for cookies installed by "third parties".

What cookies does the School use?

The School uses the following types of cookies:

  • session cookies: they are temporary and allow users access to personalized services and to take full advantage of the website's features.
  • analysis cookies: this site uses profiling cookies managed by AgID's centralized Web Analytics Italia (WAI) platform. WAI hosts the statistical data of the websites of the Italian PAs participating in the project.
  • social cookies: they are supplied directly from the social media domains that the http://normalenews.sns.it website hosts through links to official pages, sharing buttons and links. The use of these buttons involves the exchange of information with these websites, therefore the management of the information and how to eliminate it is regulated by them and the School encourages users to consult the respective privacy policies for each of the websites in question.

How to disable cookies?

By browsing the School's website users implicitly consent to the use of cookies. Browsers generally accept cookies both from our website and third-party websites, as per default settings.
