MESSAGGIO DEL DIRETTORE DELLA SNS
Gli studenti di dottorato e titolari di assegni di ricerca della SNS il cui ufficio non si trova nei laboratori (per questi ultimi la disciplina degli ingressi sarà gestita dal Direttore del laboratorio di afferenza), possono da lunedì 18 Maggio rientrare nei loro uffici/studi in Carovana, Canonica, Puteano, D'Ancona, Palazzo Strozzi.
E' stata infatti definita l'occupazione massima di ciascuno di essi dal nostro Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione, informazione che trovate al seguente LINK sulla pagina web della SNS sotto forma di mappe grafiche e relative tabelle.
La SNS si sta adoperando per mettere a punto un software di prenotazione per gli uffici/studi, ma nel frattempo l'ingresso nelle strutture e l'eventuale co-presenza dovranno scrupolosamente aver luogo nel rispetto delle regole stabilite nel Decreto del Direttore (che trovate a questo LINK sul sito web della SNS) e auto-organizzando la presenza con i vostri eventuali colleghi di studio, nel rispetto delle turnazioni e delle esigenze di tutti.

MESSAGE FROM THE SNS DIRECTOR
PhD students and research fellows whose office is not located in the laboratories (for the latter, the discipline of the entrances will be managed by the Director of the laboratory), from Monday 18 May are allowed to return to their offices in Carovana, Canonica, Puteano, D'Ancona, and Palazzo Strozzi buildings.
In fact, the maximum occupancy value of them has been defined by our Safety Office. You will find this information at the following LINK on the SNS web page in the form of graphic maps and related tables.
The SNS is working on a booking software tool for offices, in the meantime the access to the facilities, including co-presence in the offices, must scrupulously take place in compliance with the rules established by the Director's Decree (LINK on the SNS website). Please, self-organize your presence with your colleagues, respecting the needs of everyone.
