The Scuola Normale Superiore invites qualified scholars to apply for the following currently open Expression of Interest (EOI) positions: 3 at the Florence site and 4 in Pisa. Applications are welcome from scholars of all nationalities. The deadline for submission of applications is 31^st May 2016.

On the basis of the applications received as a result of this call, the Scuola will decide whether to offer teaching posts in the following subjects: Transnational Governance, Global Civic Society and Political Science at the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences in Florence; Probability and Astrochemistry at the Faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sciences in Pisa; Logic and Italian Literature at the Faculty of Humanities, also in Pisa.

The EOIs of the Scuola Normale meet international recruitment standards: they consist of tests of competence levels for specific teaching positions in accordance with the Italian regulations for full and associate professors.
